Welcome

West House Bed and Continental Breakfast located in the centre of Ullapool on the corner of West Lane and West Argyle Street. Each room with views of Loch Broom and the surrounding mountains.

From the 15th of September 2016 and until the end of the month,we will be offering our rooms on a room only basis at a reduced rate. Breakfast can be obtained either from the Ceilidh Place which is just across the road, or from the Zest Cafe above the Mountain Supply shop next door.

West House, has three comfortable en suite double guest rooms with table and chairs by the window, great views of Loch Broom and mountains. Two rooms have a double bed and one room has a super king bed. All our rooms have a fridge, WiFi broadband access, Freeview TV/Radio, hair dryer, continental breakfast in room. We are open May to September and the minimum booking is two nights.

Breakfast

Each of our rooms has a mini fridge containing a continental breakfast which consists of a selection of cereals, homemade muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit salad, jams, marmalade, orange juice, milk, boiled eggs and home made bread for toast.

We are open May to September and the minimum booking is 2 nights.

Wonderful place to stay! A warm welcome, we immediately felt at home. Beautiful view, great breakfast with homemade bread and muesli, YUMMY! We will definitely come again!
What a lovely B&B Richard & Colleen are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. We had a very nice, comfortable bed and room was furnished beautifully.
Great accommodation is a combination of facilities and people. Richard and Colleen are wonderful people who are warm and welcoming. The rooms are first rate and breakfast offerred is more than you can eat.
